1. Agreement to Terms

  • Refunds will be issued only under the following conditions:

    • Duplicate or erroneous payments by you;

    • Services paid for but not rendered by us;

    • Verified billing errors on our side.
       Refunds will be processed within 15 business days of our review. We reserve the right to deny refund requests found to be fraudulent or not meeting the above conditions.

Upon termination, your right to use the Site and Services will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination will survive (including ownership, warranty disclaimers, limitation of liability and indemnification).

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or in connection with the Site or Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA. You and we agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in that state for any dispute.

12. Miscellaneous

  • If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision will be struck out but the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

  • Our failure to enforce any right or provision under these Terms does not constitute a waiver of such right or provision in the future.

  • These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other document expressly referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Site and Services.
